Welcome to the Society's peer-reviewed illustrated journal, Jewellery Studies, which is published on an occasional basis with full-length articles covering all aspects of jewellery from Antiquity to the present day, and from all parts of the world.
Jewellery Studies was published in hard copy form from 1977 to 2012, and has been an electronic publication since 2015. Articles published from December 2020 (vol. 2020/3) are Open Access.

If, as a researcher, jeweller or jewellery collector you have unpublished material on a current topic of jewellery history that you are involved in we would like to hear from you. We do not charge authors for publication, nor do we pay a fee. Contributors are responsible for clearing copyright for the illustrations they submit, and for paying any reproduction fees. Contributors receive a digital copy of their published article, which they may publish on their own website or elsewhere as they wish, citing Jewellery Studies as the original publication.
